Did you know that the average American family of four throws out 33 pounds of food each and every month? That’s almost 400 pounds of eatable food a year! With a few changes that include preparation, planning, adaptation, and knowledge, you’d be amazed at how much can be saved.


Our blog is not going to tell you exactly what you have to do. Rules in this case are suggestions. I’ll put the information and recipes out there, it’s up to you to make the choice if it’ll work for you.
